What is Ripe Revival Market?
Ripe Revival Market is a membership service that aims to support the local community by purchasing food and household products from NC based companies, and consolidating them into packages that are delivered directly to the homes of its members weekly or throughout each month. For every package that delivers, we will donate back foods to those in need.
Why should I use Ripe Revival Market?
Ripe Revival Market is a convenient and efficient way to have food delivered to your home each week. In addition, your membership will support local businesses and those in need! We will always offer great service and value, and will be delivering your box directly to you so that you can save time and a trip to the store! Why shouldn't you use Ripe Revival Market?!
When do you deliver, and is there a delivery fee?
Deliveries currently occur Wednesday through Friday, but could be subject to change based on demand and location. You can find our delivery schedule HERE. In addition, if you add a product to your cart and attempt to checkout, you will be able to enter your zip code to see if we deliver to your location. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any other questions or concerns pertaining to your delivery! For memberships, there is a small delivery fee of $4.99 for the produce boxes. Shipping is free on the grocery box! There will be shipping fee's on Meat Boxes, Carolina Made boxes, and other options which may or may not includes insulation and dry ice to ensure proper food safety for temperature sensitive items. You may be assessed separate delivery fees for different products, as they will be shipping from different locations.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in communities throughout Eastern NC, with our territory expanding each week. You can find our delivery schedule HERE. We are delivering to the Triangle area and east all the way to Wilmington! Individual products may or may not be available in specific areas due to shipping restrictions, but you can check availability to your location under the product description.
In addition, if you add a product to your cart and attempt to checkout, you will be able to enter your zip code to see if we deliver to your location. Please contact email@example.com if you would like to inquire about your area!
How does it work?
The process is simple - just pick which box you would like to receive and place your order online. We will then process your membership and begin delivering your box during that weeks delivery cycle. The weekly cut off is Monday at 11:59pm to receive a box for that week. Every Sunday, your membership will renew for the following week until you cancel. Changes made after the cut off will be implemented on your next renewal cycle. You will not be charged 2 times in the same week if you miss the order cut off. Is this a contract?
There is no contract term, and you can cancel at any time. If your order for that week has already renewed however, your cancellation will take effect on the following weeks renewal, as processed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded. In certain cases, we may be able to make an exception, but there will be a $10 processing fee to cover expenses associated or already incurred when the original order was placed. You have easy access in your account through our customer portal, where you can skip a week, swap your box, or cancel your subscription.
How does pricing and billing work?
Our membership boxes are priced at or near what you would pay at the grocery store for the same items. The best part is we deliver directly to your door for a small fee! You will be billed for your first order at the time of purchase, which will cover that weeks shipment. Each Sunday after, your membership will renew for that week, and your card on file will be charged at that time. If you have any questions or would like to make modifications to your plan, you can do so through our simple and convenient customer portal. What is your policy on allergies?
Currently we do not have guaranteed allergen free boxes. While many of our products offered will be top 8 allergen free, we do not have the ability to ensure that the products or packaging have not come in contact with potential allergens. If you suffer allergies or have any questions or concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What will I get in my box?
What you get in your box will depend on the membership that you subscribe to. Produce Box members will receive a weekly delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables - with on average 5-7 vegetable and 3-5 fruits! Grocery Box members will receive the same box, along with additional products including but not limited to snacks, beverages, meat, dairy, bread, and household items made by local NC companies. We are offering new boxes like Meat Boxes and even Carolina Made boxes with NC made snacks that rotate each delivery! Every week will be a surprise, but we assure you that you will always get great products with exceptional quality and value - and worth more than what you would pay at the grocery store!
Where do you source your products?
We source our supplies from local North Carolina businesses who work hard to produce their products with the best ingredients and services possible. We support local and regional family farms to ensure that we can provide fresh fruits and vegetables all season long. We support food production businesses who operate trustworthy and purpose driven organizations.
How do I place my order?
Simple! Go to the link HERE , pick the boxes that you desire and sign up in just a few moments. We will take care of the rest!
How long will it be before I get my box?
Boxes will ship each Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at the current schedule. All orders placed before the weekly cutoff of Monday at 11:59 pm will receive that weeks box unless inventory was sold out prior to the cutoff. Orders placed after the weekly cutoff will receive the next weeks shipment. If inventory does exist, we will do our best to ship your box that week. If you place an order after the weekly cutoff, you will not be recharged until you have received your first box.
How can I track Shipping?
We personally deliver most of our boxes to your door, and you will not receive a tracking number at the time of your order. You will however in most cases receive a text with real time tracking of your box on the day of delivery if you provide your cell phone number with your order under your account. Delivery schedules are based on the city that you live in, and can be found HERE. Our Carolina Made boxes are either delivered to your home by us if you live in our local delivery area, or will be shipped via USPS if you live outside of our delivery area.
Can I decide what comes in my box?
We do not currently have an option that enables customers to select items that go in their box. We know that consumers may have preferences, but we do assure you that you will get a great mix of products that are certain to keep the entire family happy and healthy! Stay tuned as we do plan to offer new options and add on's in the future!
Can I skip a weeks delivery?
YES! If you need to skip a week for any reason, you can quickly and easily change your delivery schedule under the customer portal. Simply login to you account, click manage subscription, then click delivery schedule, and select the week you intend to skip.
How do I cancel a subscription?
If you would like to cancel your subscription for any reason, you can quickly and easily do so under the customer portal. Simply login to you account, click manage subscription, then click cancel subscription. Keep in mind that you can skip weeks at any time without cancelling. You can however re-activate your subscription under the customer portal at any time!
Do you re-use the packaging?
Unfortunately due to COVID19, we are currently unable to re-use the insulated packaging that your products come in for food safety reasons. We do hope to be able to do so in the future. Your packaging is however recyclable and biodegradable - and can be used for many innovative solutions! Learn more about this HERE!

This program is brand new, and aims to support farmers and families in need. For every box purchased by members in the community, RIpe Revival will donate a box to a family in need!
We work with "Distribution Partners" like the Boys and Girls Club, the YMCA, and local churches or organizations to help find those in the most need. Please email email@example.com to learn more about participating in this program.
