Join us VIRTUALLY as we travel to Raleigh, NC and visit Chef Saif Rahman at Vidrio. Your ticket purchase includes a link to the live virtual event and a meal kit of locally sourced ingredients delivered to your home to cook alongside the chef.

Get hands-on with Chef Saif Rahman as he teaches us how to perfectly pan-sear Joyce Farms Heritage Poulet Rouge Chicken while transforming Covington sweetpotatoes into a delicious curry sauce. You will learn how to enhance Carolina gold rice while learning techniques on dicing and slicing vegetables. The Bengali tomato salad will transport you to Bangledesh with fresh and local ingredients. This meal will become a busy, weeknight staple!

In this interactive, live cooking class, you will use locally sourced ingredients to prepare a masterpiece meal that will want to recreate. And the best part – you are cooking in the comfort of your own home!

Your meal kit is delivered directly to your home before the Supper Club event! Check your email for details on how to log in that evening to join the live stream starting at 6:30pm EST.

3.) Follow suggested pre-class preparation:

Follow the suggested pre-class ingredient prep, have all suggested utensils and meal kit ingredients ready to go before the event!

4.) Join Virtual Event via Zoom & Cook Away:

Tune in to the live stream event and interact with the chef and on-screen guests as we cook his locally inspired menu!
